Production

The majority of my items are handmade to order. Please anticipate up to 3 weeks production time before shipment. 

Custom orders can take anywhere from 1 week to a few months, depending on the required timeline and the complexity of the project. Most of my original designs can be customized as well.

Ethics & Sustainability

I favour materials and tools that are eco-friendly, ethically sourced, and traceable. My metals are 100% recycled. Whenever possible, I provide full transparency on the origins of my gemstones. As a designer, I am committed to learning the history and meaning of any symbols that I choose to feature in my pieces, and ensure that they are used in ways which respect and honour their culture of origin. I embrace diversity in my suppliers, models, collaborators, and customers. I am welcoming to people of all races, religions, origins, sizes, ages, sexualities,  genders, and abilities. 

 

Returns

There are no returns on custom orders, products that have been customized, or made-to-order items. Exchange or store credit is available for all wire-wrapped items and hoop earrings. If you are uncertain of your purchase, please contact me ahead of time and I may be able to accommodate your potential exchange. Purchases made through an exchange or with store credit are subject to the same turnaround time as original purchases. Return postage is at the customer's expense. Silverwolfe Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

 

Warranty

In the case of a broken or damaged item, please email with a photo of said item and it will be assessed.
